NOTE: Materials pickup is postponed until Thursday, December 17.

As the timeline for online learning has been extended for all students through January 8th, the elementary schools are planning a Materials Pick-Up for all students in Grades K-4 and the following Grade 5 Homerooms: Miss Schulep & Miss Weaver. The elementary buildings will be open between 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM on Thursday, December 17 for this purpose. Elementary T-1 Report Cards will also be distributed during this time. When you arrive at your designated elementary building, please park in the parking lot.  Please enter the school through the front doors on the LEFT (closest to the main office).  Student materials will be organized by homeroom in the following spaces.

• Cafeteria - Kindergarten, First Grade & select Fifth Grade Homerooms
• Gymnasium - Second, Third & Fourth Grade

After gathering materials, please exit the front doors on the LEFT.  For everyone’s safety, please maintain six feet of physical distance between you and other individuals.  Please do not gather in groups. Face coverings are required for entrance into all Quaker Valley School District buildings.  Gloves and hand sanitizer are available upon request. Families are welcome to pick up materials for neighbors or friends.  Please coordinate prior to arriving at the school building. If you have any questions, please contact your child’s homeroom teacher.
