Congratulations to QVMS 8th grade student Emma Smith, who was recently named the Pennsylvania state winner of the DAR American History Essay Contest. As the winner, Emma is invited to be honored this June in Washington, D.C. The theme of this year's essay was "The Woman's Suffrage Campaign."
