Due to unforeseen circumstances the date of the free athletic physicals for QV student athletes entering 9th through 12th grade for the 2019-20 school year has to be changed to Monday June 17th. Location and times are the same. Any appointment that has already been made will be carried over to the 17th unless you call to change or cancel your time.
