When online, QVOA, or Project Succeed students enter the school, they must wear a mask and sanitize their hands. At Quaker Valley Middle School, a staff member will direct students to the location of the photographer. Quaker Valley High School students will go directly to the high school auditorium to have their photos taken. As per the district's Health and Safety Plan, parents and guardians cannot enter the school with their students. For the safety of everyone, we are asking students to sign up for a specific time slot so that we can ensure safe numbers in the locations where Life Touch is taking the photographs. Students will be socially distanced in the photography locations and will only take off their masks when the picture is snapped. Masks must be replaced immediately after the photo is taken.
Lifetouch will return for picture make-up days on Thursday, November 5th, and Friday, November 6th. We'll share additional details closer to those dates.
In the near future, Mr. Tom Forrest, and Mrs. Nina Strelec, QVMS and QVHS Yearbook Sponsors, will provide instructions on how to submit an appropriate photo for the yearbook for students who were not comfortable coming into the building and did not have their picture taken by Lifetouch.
