Quaker Valley Students Compete at the Pennsylvania Science Olympiad State Tournament

The Quaker Valley Science Olympiad teams came together to think critically, engineer expertly, and learn new things at PA State Finals on April 22. 

The high school had medalists in two events which was a huge accomplishment for the team! This is the 12^th consecutive year QVHS has made it to the state finals.

Medalists:

10^th place – Detector Building – Oliver Graham and Sienna Albano

10^th place – Trajectory – Sienna Albano and Oliver Graham

Other top placings:

17^th place – Forestry – Keira Myers and Sasha Zupanc

20^th place – Flight – Lea Mauer and Nate Weaver

In addition to the high school competitors, the Middle School team also participated in the state finals.
