The Peer Help Desk (PHD) will focus on fostering a collaborative work environment creating a community of learners who support students and teachers through problem-solving, communication, information technology, technology repair, customer service, and peer tutoring. Student emphasis is on innovation and initiative implementing ideas to assist peers and teachers. To support students, staff, and teachers, PHD students must be mature, skilled, responsible, and trustworthy and show a high level of integrity and initiative.
